Masters Tire – Refund & Returns Policy

At Masters Tire, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient return experience.

Return Eligibility

  • Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery or in-store pickup
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All original accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Installed, mounted, or used tires and rims
  • Special-order or custom products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Masters Tire Customer Support to request a Return Authorization (RA)
  2. Once approved, return instructions will be shared via email
  3. Unauthorized returns may be refused

All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.

Return Shipping Label

Once your return request is approved:

  • You may ship the item using a carrier of your choice at your own expense, or
  • Request a prepaid discounted return shipping label from Masters Tire

Important details:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping
  • If the return is not due to our error, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
  • Each return label is linked to a specific product and authorization number
  • Please do not return multiple items in one package unless instructed

Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging are required
  • Do not install or use the product before reporting the issue
  • Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved

Claims reported after 24 hours may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after returned items pass inspection
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement item differs in price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly

Additional Notes

  • Masters Tire is not responsible for labor costs, mounting/balancing fees, or third-party installation charges
  • We recommend verifying product specifications before installation or mounting
